How to find us

Both towers are in the centre of Reading, just a few minutes walk from the Station and the main shopping areas.

On-street parking in Reading is possible in the evenings and on Sunday mornings, but the rest of the time it's much better to use public transport.

Reading Minster of St Mary the Virgin

Reading Minster of St Mary the Virgin is located on the corner of St Mary's Butts and Gun Street. It is just outside one of the enterances to the Oracle shopping centre.

By Car

From the M4 use junction 11 and head towards Reading using the A33. Turn left onto the IDR where the two roads meet, and then immediately peel off the IDR and turn righ at the roundabout into Castle Street. Turn left into St Mary's Butts and Reading Minster of St Mary the Virgin is on your right.

There is limited parking on nearby streets in the evenings, but after 6pm the Queens Road car park can be used for free.

From the Station

From the station walk south along Station Road (almost opposite the main enternace to the station) and Queen Victoria Street, then turn Right into Broad Street (a pedestrianized shopping street). Walk along Broad Street until it meets St Mary's Butts on the left (next to the Virgin Megastore). Turn left into St Mary's Butts and Reading Minster of St Mary the Virgin is a short way ahead on your left.

St Laurence in Reading

St Laurence in Reading is located at the north end of the Market Place, where it meets Friar Street. It is next to the Town Hall, just a few hundred metres south of the station.

By Car

From the M4 use junction 11 and head towards Reading using the A33. Turn right onto the IDR where the two roads meet, and when you are forced to turn left into Watlington Street keep in the left hand lane. Continue onto Forbury Road and you reach a roundabout keep left (still Forbury Road). Continue straight on at the next roundabout then turn left at the first mini-roundabout and left again into Valpy Street. At the end of Valpy Street bear right into The Forbury, St Laurence is on the Right and there is limited on-street parking if you turn left.

From the Station

From the station walk south along Station Road (almost opposite the main enterance to the station) and turn left into Friar Street. St Laurence in Reading is short way in front of you.
